Follow the steps below:

  1. Open SmartB’s Google Ads account and navigate to the “Overview” section.
  2. Locate the date range selector in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the three dots to reveal additional options.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select “Weekly” to switch to a weekly view.
  5. After selecting “Weekly,” customize the date range to the specific week of interest. Ensure it spans exactly 7 days for a comprehensive weekly update.

To ensure accurate data entry, please refer to the Google Sheet for specific information that needs to be added. The key metrics typically include:

  1. Weekly Cost: Record the cost incurred for the specified week.
  2. Net Cost (Accumulation of Cost): Sum the costs over time to determine the net cost.
  3. Number of Clicks: Input the total number of clicks generated during the week.
  4. Conversions: Document the number of conversions achieved within the weekly timeframe.

For additional calculations, such as the ‘% of No of Clicks/Cost,’ simply divide the number of clicks by the weekly cost. Perform similar straightforward calculations for other relevant metrics

When dealing with columns like “Leads,” “Surveys,” “Meetings,” and “Proposals Sent,” it’s advisable to liaise with Alwin or Annabelle for any updates on new leads and others mentioned above. Communicate effectively so there are no misunderstandings.
